什么是蓄電池鉛粉? |
鉛粉是生產(chǎn)鉛酸蓄電池極板活性物質(zhì)的基本原料。有關(guān)電池的許多能的“遺傳密碼”,大部分隱藏在鉛粉基料之中。鉛粉本質(zhì)上是鉛微粒表包覆著不同鉛氧化物成分的微粒,這種微粒是一種由金屬鉛和鉛氧化組成的混合物.多年來(lái)鉛酸蓄電池極板的鉛膏曾經(jīng)用紅丹與密陀(PbO)為原料和制,然而使用化學(xué)方法制備的鉛粉未必是經(jīng)濟(jì)、有效方法。一直到1924年出現(xiàn)日本島津(Shimadzu)用球磨法生產(chǎn)鉛粉,磨鉛粉才真正作為鉛酸蓄電池生產(chǎn)極板用鉛膏的基料來(lái)制備鉛酸蓄電池性物質(zhì)。 Lead is the production of lead-acid battery electrode active material of basic raw materials.
